Red Moon Tea
A loose-leaf herbal tea blend
This tea blend was crafted with the bleeding time in mind (menstrual cycle/period/moon time etc.). When we are bleeding, we need more nutrients, more rest, and more self-love. These powerful but simple herbs help to bring us back to balance, nourish our bodies, and remind us how beautiful we truly are.
To use, add to a tea infuser as usual and place in a cup of hot water. Let it steep for 5-10 minutes and remove the strainer. Sweeten to taste and enjoy. You can also cool the tea to enjoy as an iced tea.
