A product customized to you is always the best way to optimize your health. Whether you are looking for something topical or internal, you will receive greater benefits from a unique formulation created just for your specific needs. Every body is different and we all need something a little different.
The process:
During a 1.5-2 hour consultation, we will discuss what you are looking for along with any allergies or medical conditions. Topics we will cover will be lifestyle, diet, stress levels, movement practices, and your average daily schedule. Together we will determine the best type of preparation for your needs and for your routine. Pricing will be discussed during this time as well. Within a week you will receive a custom tea blend to help hold you over while the extraction process for your custom product is underway. I will then create an individualized herbal product, customized to what you need.
In the meantime, you will also receive a short pdf detailing other holistic modalities you could incorporate to assist you. This could include certain foods or nutrients to focus on, movement practices, breath practices, journaling prompts, etc.
You have the option of meeting in person or virtually. After checkout, I will contact you to discuss availability.
The listing cost includes the pdf and a custom tea. Additional fees apply for extracts or other herbal preparations.
