Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis) is a wonderful herb that is uplifting, yet calming. Due to its sedative and nerving qualities, it has traditionally been used for anxiety, stress, depression, and sleep issues. The lemony scent and taste of this herb does wonders for digestive distress as well.

Motherwort (Leonurus cardiaca) gladdens and strengthens the heart. A relaxing nerving, “Mothers herb” has been used for centuries to support the heart physically and emotionally. Nicholas Culpeper, the English physician, said “There is no better Herb to drive Melancholly Vapors from the Heart, to strengthen it, and make a merry cheerful blith soul”.
