Immuni-Tea + Tea Infuser

This tea blend was crafted to assist your body when you are feeling ill or as a preventative action. When illness attacks our bodies, we can feel down and exhausted. This warming blend will support your body’s natural defenses and bring back some comfort.

To use, add to a tea infuser as usual and place in a cup of hot water. 
Let it steep for 5-10 minutes and remove the strainer. Sweeten to taste 
and enjoy.

Fire Cider

Fire cider is a traditional herbal remedy that has long been used during illness and even as a food additive. This spicy infusion loosens up your sinuses to relieve any stuffiness and blockages to get things moving again. Jalapenos are the powerhouse of this blend but ginger, garlic, and onions really help to boost your immune system when you need it most.

Start by taking 1 TBS a day as needed, You can also try a splash in 
marinades, soups, and cocktails, mocktails.

Elderberry Delight

At some point in our lives, we will all catch a cold or the flu or something similar. There are some things we can do to prevent it and there are some things we can do to shorten the duration of illness. This is where Elderberry Delight comes in. This is not your standard Elderberry syrup, this is my unique adaptation to take a standard syrup and turn it into a wellness drink.

All products sit in their menstruum (extracting liquid) for 4-6 weeks to ensure a proper, full extraction. This is a traditional folk method that has been used for thousands of years to slowly extract the most from your plant material.

There are many ways to take this preparation. For prevention, take 1-2 
tablespoons a day. For acute illness, take 2-4 tablespoons a day. You can 
take it straight or mix it into a drink and make a cocktail or mocktail.
