A product customized to you is always the best way to optimize your health. Whether you are looking for something topical or internal, you will receive greater benefits from a unique formulation created just for your specific needs. Every body is different and we all need something a little different.

The process: During a consultation, we will discuss what you are looking for along with any allergies or medical conditions. I will then create an individualized herbal tea, customized to what you need. If you would just like something that tastes nice, we can make that as well.

A custom tea blend is a great way to get started in herbalism, whether it’s to simply enjoy a drink or to soothe an issue. We will discuss your needs and then I will craft a looseleaf blend for you. The weight will depend on what herbs are used but the bag will be full. To use, you can add the tea to an infuser or simmer it in a pot and then strain it into a cup. Sweeten to taste!
